Hi again everyone
Has anyone signed up to one of the NWNF claims companies for past diesel car purchases being advertised on TV?
Not sure how wise it would be to do so and what, if any, are the potential risks. Any ideas please

Thank you for that barry1010
No problem, I was curious about it too. I bought my diesel car new in 2009 and still have it. I'm not claiming though because I didn't care about emissions at the time, wasn't aware of any claims about emissions then or since.
I'm not aware of Hyundai being involved in any emissions scandal either.

Again thank you for your reply barry1010. I'm so glad you don't have problems with your car. We bought our BMW second hand and weren't aware of any emissions problems. Not sure whether we would have any right to claim and are very cautious regarding personal data, so perhaps best left alone! Kind regards
Did you buy it because you believed BMWs emissions claims which you now believe was false?

We weren't aware of any emission problems at the time but it's easy to be wise after the event! Would we have bought it had we have known? Probably not.
