Many German cars come in a long wheelbase variant. Dearer though.
Honda Jazz has the Magic Seats system and is perfect for very tall drivers
Interesting report, snags, but they assume tall drivers have long backs ie, need headroom, rather than long legs, which might be postman's problem.
Have you tried a smart car?
I am 6 feet 1 inch, and I drive a Ford Ecosport. I don't have a problem with legroom, although I have only just enough legroom, with the front seat shoved as far back as it will go. That means that any back seat passengers will not have enough legroom, but, heyho, I don't carry back seat passengers.
Ps I'm not joking
My husband is 6 foot 3 and could drive it comfortably with room to put the seat back further.
Which is why the smart car goes back further- there's no back passengers to worry about
Try sitting in a Honda HRV
My brother is similar to you. Many years ago he tried sitting in an original Mini
He said he could have driven it, but would have had to have the right indicator on permanently.
You could try the Spike Milligan solution - no guarantees though :-)

It seems a bit crazy to but a car only on the basis of driver leg-room, why not buy the car you like & have the driver's seat replaced & if need be, repositioned ?

Are seat or Hyundai compatible for men who are 6ft 5ins with 36 inside leg .thank you for any help.
Kia and Hyundai are very closely related, so if you have discounted Kia then Hyundai are probably out.

Similarly Seat are a subsidiary of VW, and their cars use the same floorplans
My stepfather used to need to stretch out, as a front seat passenger. When they had a Honda Jazz, they had the seat rails changed to allow more travel.
When they changed to a Honda HRV, they didn't need to modify it. I drove it (6foot 1, 33 inside leg) and there were acres of space.
Hopkirk, thinking about your post @ 20:58 Didn't the police use mini's maybe late 60's or early 70's ? How in Gods name did 4 big cops fit into a mini ??
Oh my brother is exceptionally long legged. Not many cops are like him.
Anyway, you don't often see four cops in a car (unless on their way to the chippie).
lol Hopkirk ; )

Doubt the poor little mini could've moved with 4 big cops in it, would've been quite funny I imagine watching them trying to get in and out though.

Hope you're well Hopkirk ; ))
I'm very well, thanks.

Here is Jeremy Clarkson struggling to fit in a car.

There are quite a few similar questions on the Honest John website. I suggest clicking on some of the links to see what has been suggested there:
