A snow plough operator in Ohio was clearing the highway, but unfortunately instead of directing the cleared material on to the nearside verge, he was depositing it on to the opposite carriageway where it caused over 40 accidents before he was stopped - how stupid can you get.

Fortunately no fatalities, but there well could have been.
