Hi everyone, anyone can proofread these two emails? Thank you in advance.
-------
Emila1:

Dear professor Dr. Christian,
I hope you are having a good weekend. I’m writing to ask you that what is the last date of submission of our Forum’s tasks? And we only have to write one session’s abstract about 2 pages? Or is there any specific word count we have to write for this presentation?
Thanks and regards,
Abc

Email 2:

Dear Professor Dr. Rooth,
I’m writing to take your suggestions about my term paper’s topic. I have two topics in my mind and I would appreciate it if you can help me that which topic is more suitable for my term paper, and I want to confirm do we have to submit the term paper proposal?
Thanks and regards,
Abc

You don't need the Dr after Professor, and I wouldn't write things like ' I hope you are having a good weekend'. Keep it short, polite and to the point.
1. Please can you confirm latest date for the submission of--------

Is there a maximum or minimum word count
On the second one, I'm not sure if the professor has made suggestions about the topics or you are asking his/her advice on your own suggestions. So you may like to change the words 'take your suggestion' in the first sentence to make that clearer. It may be an idea to say briefly what the two topics are then change 'that' in the second sentence to 'decide'. A full stop after 'paper' then changing 'and I want to' to 'Please could you' would sound s bit better. Hope this helps and good luck with your assignments.
