Where can you buy the remote car keys, for motors, does it have to be a car dealerships?

depends on make and model I think. Mine has to come from a dealer because they have the kit to key the key to the car.

Regarding your car last week, what was the diagnosis?

Karolina82 it was something burnt out in or around the starter motor, its now gone to the big scrapyard in the sky, because I refuse to spend anymore money on it.

You quickly reach a point where it's not worth spending anymore money. Old cars are money-pits at the best of times.
