I have sent all photographs showing toilet, shower, cooker, bed etc. In a letter they state that I have not changed the outside of the vehicle but accept that I will use the vehicle as a motor home. I have now been charged with exceeding the speed limit while doing 76mph down hill. The speed limit as a mini bus for the disabled is 60 mph. Should I challenge this in court?

why could you not slow down to move over?
sometimes, if you are going nearly flat out to overtake it's quicker to carry on than slow down and fall behind
Having read some of the information available on the internet it is clear to me that unless you change the body of the van to a purpose built motorhome body your vehicle is always going to be classed as a mini-bus. I suggest you replace the limiter ASAP. It is a requirement of the MOT for your class of vehicle.
bedknobs if you need to go flat out to overtake then should you be overtaking?
People quite often do things that they shouldn't. Once you are committed it's no good saying that tho
