Is it okay to add Shell Longlife Engine Coolant 'Ready to Use -37c' to a 1998-99 Toyota Corolla?
Or do I need to find a specific type of coolant?

No problem at all.

Simply remember that, as it's pre-diluted, you need to fill the cooling system with it, rather than just adding it to the water (or water/coolant mix) that's already in there.
