Lacquer Peeling

Noticed lacquer peeling on my 2014 Mercedes A200. Its in an odd place. Leading edge on spoiler nearest main roof. It appears to me like wind erosion leading to the lacquer peeling.
Rang my local Mercedes dealer constantly over the last 2 months, without getting any replies, until I used the dealers website “ contact us “ field. I included that I thought it was a design issue as well as a paint finish issue.Had a reply noting the paint warranty is only 3 years. Which I think is a joke.
I’ve found out on noticing the peeling problem that it is/was a common problem on Mercedes Fire Opal Red. A lot of owners with this colour have been given the run around. Mine is Jupiter Red, and am being given what it appears to be the same.
Anyone had the same problem, know of anyone who has. Thanks
