What car would the following space saver wheel and tyre combination fit: Continental T 125/85R15 97M. Wheel has four tyre bolt holes.

You need to know the PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) of the bolt holes, as well as there being four of them.
There is a web site which gives all wheel parameters for a given car. All I can suggest is that you do a tedious look-up until you find a wheel with your parameters.

do you know what car it was originally for? if so you can look up the PCD and centre hole diameter here:
https://www.wheel-size.com/
then you can use the "by tyre size/rim size" to determine other care it will fit.
