I think you need to expand on your question a bit. Is it RTC or FTC? Do you add it to your fuel tank, mix it with your oil, fiddle with the engine management chip or what? Where have you seen it advertised?

Let's put it this way; if a product costing less than £45 to the public ie, about £15 to business, can do all those things, wouldn't car manufacturers fit it as standard, the price being negligible compared to even the cheapest new car?
