Kia Sedona - Clutch Problems

My Sedona is giving a lot of trouble getting into any gear when the engine is running. Indeed, almost the only way of getting into first or second is to turn the ignition off, put the car in gear, depress the clutch and then restart. I have changed the slave cylinder where the seal had definitely gone, but no change. I know that the release fork on a Sedona is prone to failure and wonder if the exchange of this should be my next move. Trouble is that to replace the fork and then put everything back before testing is ***. Any ideas as my next move?

If I were you I'd check the master cylinder next, before removing the gearbox to check the release fork.
I'd be having a good prowl around owners forums to see if your symptoms are known before laying any more tools on the car.
What mileage has the car done?
Have you checked what Travel there's left on the cable?
Depending on the mileage has the car had a clutch?
Did you bleed the Clutch System?
