can I put a pair of snow socks on my rear wheels along with a pair already on the front drive wheels as recommended ?

Why would you want to, they aren't going to have any real effect, if you had a rear wheel drive then having them on all four might help steering as well as traction but since you have front wheel drive the rears are effectively idler wheels.
