i dont know if washer motor is blew or a fuse is blew , one of the 2.. i filled water bottle up 2 days ago with ordinary cold water ( manual says do not do this ) though i didnt know at the time. anyway washers back and front window are not working now. even when i pull washer lever back i cannot even hear the faintest noise of a washer motor trying to run. no water coming out whatsoever. i bought some 15-20 amp fuses but now i cannot even get into the bloddy fusebox despite looking at vehicle manual, its inside glove dept but god knows how i get into it.

can anyone help ? thanks

If I was in your position I would pop along to my neaest Citreon dealer and ask them to check the fuse for you, they will probably do it while you wait, they may also check the washer motor for you, just give them a drink for their help. Feel sure they will cooperate.

It's quite firmly attached but it does just pull off.
As regards getting at the fusebox in the glove compartment, my handbook (Ford B-Max) says; empty glove compartment, then squeeze side walls inwards, and remove glove compartment. Might that help?
