bmw 520i turns over but wont fire

my bmw turns over but wont fire up its got fuel and a good spark and timing is fine.im stumped can any one help?thanks tyler xp

Fuel in the tank doesn't mean fuel in the engine.

Fuel pump? Injectors?

Most importantly immobiliser - how does this work on your car? is it a key fob or special key? have you tried the spare?

Just a few more suggestions - I'm not even going to suggest an engine management fault (repeat after me "Hello Mr BMW dealer here's my wallet help yourself")

no she's getting fuel through the injectors and she started before the head change.

And you're sure the timing is OK?

The timing belt wasn't reused when the head gasket was changed was it?

timing fine compression very good,good spark and fuel ok.cant even get a manul for it.cheers mate.

i know you've checked the four main ones tyler, but there is no logical reason for it not to fire if they're ok. try a google for an owners club/forum. they exist for everything else from land rovers to lawn mowers. at least you can check your settings with others.
