Please Help

I would really like to know the name and composer of a piece of music that keeps getting used on BBC Top Gear. The piece was played towards the end of Jeremys final Lap around the N�rburgring in Germany in a diesel Jaguar S-Type as the clock was ticking up to the Ten Minute time he was aiming for. The same piece was also played more recently (24 July 2005) when he tested the new BMW M5, the piece was played after he made a point about what happens to the car after you press the 'M BUTTON' and the music lasted the rest of that test drive. If you look in the AB archives you will see this question has been asked quite a few times.Nobody seems to have a definate answer, but the favourite answers seem to be Kasabian,Doves,or William Orbit.

Its called "Escape" by Craig Armstrong (Punkett & Macleane Soundtrack)
I just watched the M5 episode and i'm almost certain the piece of music you're referring to was composed by Craig Armstrong for the movie "Plunkett & Macleane". The specific track you're looking for is called "Hanging" but "Escape" is an alternate rendition of the same theme.
