Your right chas, it's not before time.
If it can be implemented them good - but I don't see why UK truckers have to pay and claim it back. We have to pay European road tolls etc, already. UK registered vehicles could be exempt?

I'll say one thing for this & previous Gov's, they are quick! HGVs from abroad have been coming here for years without charge, a lot of them do not even fill up here due to belly tanks beneath their trailers that will get them back over the Chanel without filling up.
No they can't, boxtops.
Don't forget that all vehicles pay toll charges abroad, the host countries truckers aren't exempt.
