The OP wants to remove the drop bars from a CBR600 and fit motocross style bars and is asking if a set of fork yokes from a 2000 model CB600 hornet will fit a CBR600 and is also enquiring if the cables and electrics will reach to enable to controls to fit wider bars.

Though the last one I done I used the standard yokes and drilled them to accept a set of risers I'd...

Can you put that in English so people can understand what you are on about Spar.
The question is perfectly clear!
If thats the case Chuck, explain.
as chuck says perfectly asked - maybe only a biker would understand, basically wants to put renthal handlebars on to his Honda.

Though the last one I done I used the standard yokes and drilled them to accept a set of risers I'd machined up and found the electrics and cables reached OK (that was on a GSXR750R)
I see, I am not into bikes.
Then why did you bother to answer at all? just because you don't understand a question doesn't mean it's a "bad" question.
Though thinking about it, on the GSXR the brake hoses needed replacing, but they were going to be changed for braided lines anyhow so just got a set made to the correct length, the electrics can generally be re-routed to reach.
Here we go, dont get a slop on Chuck, if the OP would have put this in the other Vehicles some might have known.
