An engine bore is one who goes on and on and on about their i10 when you are in the pub having a pint.
However the bore would be the 'tube' that the engine pistons goes up and down in. Not sure what is meant by "is cut". But if things are still under warranty I guess it ought not be a large problem for you. Why not ask for more details at the service centre ?
It is a serious problem.

If the Car is still under warranty then the the service centre should fit a new engine at no cost to you.

All you need to do is make sure they give you a courtesy car whilst yours is being repaired!
I hope you have had it serviced in accordance with Hyundai's recommendations and have the service history to prove it, otherwise unfortunately your warranty may be null and void. With a big expense such as replacing a whole engine the dealer may be looking for a get-out clause.
Its not a cheap repair, good luck :(
