disabled badge for car

my mum is disabled now and we have to take her on holiday with us and everywhere by car accept for the local shopping centre where we can push her wheelchair. although i do not live with my mum and dad can i get a disabled badge for the car? thanks

If your mum is entitled to a badge she will be able to get one herself. She can then use this in whatever car she is in. The badge isn't for a particular car but can only be used when she is in the car.
Shedman is right - your mum has to apply for the card, then she can use it in whichever car she happens to be travelling in.

She applies via her local council
Yes my mum has a disabled badge due to her chronic arthritus even though she has never held a driving license. It is valid when she is in any car.
