How old ??

How old do you need to be to ride a modep. I know it was 16 (it think) but im not sure if it is now 17 ?? And if it is 17 what cc is it that you can ride ???

when was the last time this website updated because it say you can get ur provisional at 16 when i now think it is 3 month b4 ur 17
