I have a 75, 2 litre & the drivers door will not unlock with the remote all the others do i have to unlock the door itself. On getting it sorted/fixed it worked a couple of times then went back to as before anyone experienced this & fixed the problem as i cannot afford to keep taking it back to be fixed. Many thanks in advance

Hi I have a Rover 75, 2 Litre and have been looking through the manual and it states that the central locking is controlled by the Body control unit ( BCU) which also holds a number of relays the BCU is situated behind the glove box, if there is a fault it will have to be checked with a diognostic tester,
the remote locking receiver is located under the central console up to 2001, or behind the instrument panel on later dates, why dont you go back to whoever fixed it and tell them its still not working correctly?.......Tom
