i have a ford ka sport and the heater is working but not blowing hot air, could this just be the heat dial control as there is water circulating around the pipes

Hi, A few things can cause the heater ot to work, 1 Air lock in the System ( Have you had a new radiator fitted? 2, the Thermostat sticking, The radiator blocked, Get someone to check the heater hoses under the bonnet see if they are hot then the Problem Points in the control area.
not sure about on the ka it may be different,but on the older shape fiesta not the new shape there is an electronic valve with hoses coming off it & a plug that i've changed on a few occasion's which play's up stopping the heater getting warm.it is sittuated under where the wiper's are at the base of the windscreen(scuttle panel)if your ka has got one of these it's worth a try as it's not too expensive.

All the pipes under the bonnet have been checked and are getting hot, the air con works as you can hear it click in its just that you can't get any heat through so i wondered if it could be the dial that you move to control the heat into the car
