Just bought a new car which has a Disabled taxation class.

I know that in order to tax it I will have to visit my local DVLA office with MOT & insurance paperwork.

But what form do I need in addition to the V5C (which I have) do I need to complete to change this ?

I've been through the DVLA website and can't find what I need.

Cheers Norman - ta for that
In addition to the V5C (upon which the change in taxation class will be noted in the 'changes section') the form you require depends on whether the vehicle is already taxed:

if yes - form V70 to exchange the license
if no - form V10 to apply for a license.

...both available from the website.

The relevant form will list any further required documentation.
