I have just bought a Nissan Almera Tino 53 plate and the spare needs changing but I have a spare wheel with the exact same size 185/65R 15 but this came of a 51 plate Citroen Picasso. The Nissan Tyres and rims are 6J x 15 185/65R 15 Would I need to change the tyre over or do both Nissan and Citroen use the same size rims? Thanks

Before you use the tyre as a spare check the date code. If the tyre is more than 6 or 7 years old scrap it and get a new one. Tyres age and are liable to break up when you use them even if they look to be in good condition. The tyre code is a 4-digit code of the form 2 digits for the week and 2 digits for the year eg 0105 is week 1 of 2005.
The other thing to consider is the PCD (pitch circle diameter) of the wheel ie, how far apart the stud-holes are. The wheels may have the same size rim but, if the holes are different, you're not going to get the wheel on the car.
No the rim wont fit so you will need to swap the tyre over.
