Does anyone remember a documentary a couple of years or so ago - all I can remember is a young (Hispanic?) girl in America who was in a coma and many people paid visits, treating her as a kind of saint. I seem to recall tacky "souvenirs" etc as well.

I wondered what happened to her, did she die, who was she etc.

Her name was Audrey Santo and she died on 14 April 2007.
