old kid's cartoon, winnie the witch?

Can anyone tell me the name of the cartoon that used to be on telly that might have been called something like Winnie the Witch? I saw a still of a cartoon today which I almost remembered, but can't find it on Google. She was kinda chubby and young, and it was on in the early 80s. Please help!!
