Friends Episode

I am a massive fan of the show, and sure i have seen every episode .. however this may sound like a silly question, but i remember seeing a particular episode where either ross, chandler or joey, goes to punch one of the others, but misses and hits a pillar breaking or at the least seriously hurting his hand .. however, i'm honestly not sure whether this is actually an episode or whether it was on another t.v. show .. or whether i am just imagining it lol!! Please help someone!

No it was def a Friends episode! A funny one too, I say that because my husband laughed when he saw it and he hates friends!

It was episode 1 of the 9th series, it was Ross punching Joey but missed and hit the post. Joey tries to apologise to Ross after he 'accidentally' propsed to Rachel, tells Ross to hit him to make him feel better.
