DIY SOS - some music

I don't know if anyone has just seen DIY SOS on UKTV Style Homes, but they've just played a tune that is, trumpet I think, and then a woman's voice sings something about the "smoky air". (which I could sing the instrumental bit to you!!) Its a really slow, chilled out song and I love it. You probably all think I am mad but anyone got a clue what I am on about and what its called and who its by?
