What Shows Or Programs Do You Miss From Yesteryear?

What tv programs or shows are the ones that you miss the most?

 

I recently dug out my Dukes of Hazzard DVD box set and it made me realise how much I miss that on a Saturday afternoon which is when it used to be broadcast. Sadly ended in 1985.

 

Plus I was watching repeats of Top of the pops recently and I really do miss that too. 

 

I would say those two are the shows I miss the most.

Used to love watching Crown Court when it started in the early 70's.  

Simon Park Orchestra played the closing theme tune.

The Golden Shot, in the way that it was originally produced, would be impossible to make these days.  It relied upon contestants at home being able to direct the actions of Bernie the Bolt in real time.  That worked fine with analogue TV but there's a time lag with digital TV, which means that viewers at home actually see events on 'live' TV a few seconds after they've really happened.
