morning one and all, its another humid day but with a bright blue sky. I know the forecast isn't that good but they do get it wrong. I hope you are all well and have a good day whatever you might have planned.

Morning Emmie x. So humid - just gave up trying to sleep

i have to visit the surgery today to amongst other things review my medication. I might have to go back on the BP tabs as my last reading gave a high one.

i woke first off at 10pm, having conked out 7.30pm, just couldn't keep my eyes open, after that its been intermittent sleep, gave up for now.

Is your BP generally high then?

it is recently, i got three readings done at the surgery - one was so bad i should be having an imminent stroke or heart attack.

its ok, if it means going back on the BP meds then so be it. i feel fine by the way, if not a little bit warm.

I need my bloods taken again. I have a very underactive thyroid. Might me partly to explain my constant tiredness, I don’t know.

if you don't sleep well that explains the tiredness smow.

I know. Yet Mr Smow lays here and sleeps 10 hours without moving! Grrrrrrr

he is lucky, you and i are not so. i must admit i feel better at 5am than i do at 9am, the fact remains because of waking so early i now get tired easily around 10 or 11am. Its nuisance waking so early but what can you do.

Agree - my body clock seems to be in turmoil lol. I am wide awake now but by 9am I will be fit for bed lol. But mr snow will get up at 8am,shower and them work 12 hours!

his body clock is working fine then, ours are somewhat out of sync.

Good morning, raining here which is grand as it means I only have to water the greenhouse and cold frame.
Was supposed to be off yesterday but ended up having to work then driving like a madman to make my appointment but at least I got the rest of the day off.
