Good Morning Early Birds

morning all, i hope you are all well and that the day is a good one whatever you
plan to do. I have no plans as such, i need to post a letter to my friend in Australia.
which should get there in a week or so. The weather forecast doesn't look good so will need to nip out quickly.

Morning. I have no plans on going out. Feeling rough and very very tired.

I don't know how people who live alone cope when they are ill. Glad I had a fairly productive day yesterday.

i haven't been ill as such for an age, except for having heart palpitations and getting taken to hospital a month ago, i cope as best i can. What has happened?

My back is still sore and I ran out of paracetamol so took ibuprofen. I shouldn't take it take it. It upsets my stomach. Tesco will be delivering paracetamol with my shopping today.

sorry to hear you are not well, i very rarely take painkillers as i don't find them all that effective. at least you will get some meds with your shopping, hopefully they will help. can you get some rest before the shopping comes, take a nap for a bit.

fine ta..was hoping to start on the garden but it is still raining heavily here..hail and thunder too

that's not good, its very changeable here, at the moment its dry but with blue/grey sky. so who knows what it will do later if i pop out to post my letter.

Yes, Emmie, waiting for my son to get up for work. He lets his alarm go off for ages and it annoys me :-)

its been pretty miserable here too, not always raining, but very damp and cold. Perhaps you can get it done in a day or so Minty.

Morning all - the sun is out here - but we face a wet mid morning and lunch time with a 90% chance of rain, then back out later.

Another easel to go hunting for - yesterday's was perfect, a loaner from a very nice woman in Falmouth, today's is from the Cornish Hospice charity and, apparently, they have some in the back of the store, so they are being dug out for me to have a look. Then over to pick my sister's one up and say goodbye as she and her OH are off to France tomorrow.
