Photos of the D of E with various members of the RF, some I've never seen before.
I love the one of the Queen sneaking a cheeky grin at the D of E in his busby.
The Queen and the Duke have had a marvellous life together, and I've no idea how she will cope without this man by her side.

I've loved looking at these Barsel. A lifetime of memories. Good looking pair weren't they! I loved the bench shot where he's looking over her shoulder. O.k he was priviliged, born in to it, not of his choosing. He had a loving relationship & family like most of us. Now they grieve like us.

The Queen looks really lovely even now, when she smiles or laughs.
Hopefully, there will be someone close who can make her smile again.

i know others might say this, but my mother was the spitting image of the Queen when a young woman. I have a brilliant portrait photo of my mum up on the wall and the likeness is uncanny.
