I like Kenny, but unless Nawamin really messes up I think he will win - even though his piranha heads were, to say the least, alarming!

I think the judges favourite is Nawamin and am pretty sure he'll win, but I like David, his food has been more varied.
That report is misleading to say the least.

"[Nawamin] decides to serve up a bowl of gaping piranha heads."
"27-year-old Nawamin took it to the next level..."

No, he was *given* the dish to prep & serve.

He's too OTT for me, I hope one of the others wins - I like Kenny as well.
I agree, to me he is a bit of a one trick pony, nearly all Thai based, and overly ornate. Having said that all the finalists are excellent and have taken the standard to another level.
The food prepared in Peru at times was extreme and though I'm sure was delicious didn't always look it.

Nawamin is somewhat over theatrical for me too, I know the best chef will win and that's as it should be.

I vote Kenny too.
If I'd been presented with the food in the restaurant Peru I wouldn't have known what to eat and what to leave!

Lie-in King, //That report is misleading to say the least. //

I didn't read the report. I posted the link for the picture.
Naomi - erm, ok. I didn't suggest you had read it - I did & commented on it. If I've said something out of turn, I apologise.

Lie-in King, you haven't said anything out of turn.

A worthy winner? I think so.
I haven't followed it every night but expected Nawamin to win but he just went over the top with presentation in the final and lost out on precision and the actual food in my opinion.
nooooo, my vote would have gone for David.

Nawamim didn't seem to come out of his comfort zone but I really don't think Kenny is a worthy winner, but, well done to him and congratulations.
