Tell them that's what you want them to pay and give them an indication of the proposed weekly cost. Decide whether you would compromise if they came back with a counter offer. Give them a timescale to agree or disagree. I'm assuming she is the decision maker. Is any social worker involved too?
I'd put it in writing to them asap and give them a couple of weeks' notice.

They both have care managers but because she chose to pick her own carers instead of using a company because it would cost to much she now thinks she is my boss I've eplained that I am my own boss and just provide her with a service
errm not quite......If I have a self employed painter come to my house I tell him where I want him to paint and what colour. I may not be his boss as in his employer, but I am the customer. You may be self employed but the lady who pays you is your customer and its up to her to tell you what she wants done or agree with your suggestions. If you feel that what she is paying you is not enough then you need to sit down and discuss it with her, but it will be her decision whether or not to pay you what you are asking for. Its possible that her benefit won’t cover it.
Maybe you need to draw up an agreement covering things like hours, times of visits (including degree of flexibility), duties, pay (and holidays/holiday pay), sick pay. She could say forget it though

I dnt get holidays or sick pay if I'm of I dnt get paid I pay my own tax and insurance and when I start it was just her I ws look after but nw it's both of them and nw she wants nights done as well for the same money and it's not a slp shift plus I do the wages and all the paper wrk as she don't want to do it I do whts required of me and much more so I do the hours I chose to work I'm my own boss I'm nt employed
We are self-employed and give a month'since notice with a new price list. Are you completely relying on them, what if they don't agree? Your prices are incredibly cheap though.
but if those aren’t the hours that the customer wants then she is within her rights to ask you to do the hours she wants....you can refuse...she can terminate the agreement....
