Words fail me. Is this a joke? Why did we need to see the 'lady' coming out of the shower drying herself? Some people have a strange sense of what is entertainment!

Is what a joke?

The programme on ITV on Wednesday night, 9.00. It's a police series.
A link would be helpful.
It wasn't a pretty sight !
Have I missed something here? Why is the word 'lady' in quotes?
I've no idea what it is.
I think we need a link, for, er research purposes (cough)

It's a new TV drama series which is on at 9.00 on Wednesday evenings and it's called 'No Offence'. I put lady in inverted commas because I thought she wasn't one! Do you ever wish you'd never started a thread!!
You obviously haven't seen it, but as I put the subject in Media & TV I thought that would be a clue.

Thank you hc - I didn't know how to do it.
Ohhh ... it's called 'No Offence'! Sorry, I didn't realise that. Never heard of it. I'll leave people who've seen it to comment.
Didn't catch it but I'm unsure need is likely to have much to do with it. Can't say I would be likely to object though.

I did yesterday!!!!!!!!

To answer your question - I have not seen the programme, but the Mail TV critic gave it a terrible mauling this morning.
helly - I commented on the programme !
We loved it - 2nd season we enjoyed the first one - not your straightforward cops and robbers and definitely an acquired taste

The title is definitely a pun

hereIam - yes, sorry.

Would you have been so disturbed had it been a man coming out of the shower?
Question Author
Well, perhaps no....but I would if it had been a fat man, and she is rather a large lady!!

///Well, perhaps no/// . . . . . . . I knew it! ;o)

It is billed as a comedy drama and comedy is subjective
