Not very important I know, but I was just thinking that I haven't seen Sandy (Ashley's father) in Emmerdale for ages. Does anyone know where he has gone?

I don't know why Sandy is is there at all. He adds absolutely nothing whatsoever to the story lines. All he seems to do is cadge drinks off anyone who will buy him one.

The sooner Val goes the better too. As for Eric putting up with her antics, the mind boggles.
