Courtroom sketch artist stick people

Does anyone remember a comedy sketch where the court room artist was off sick or unavailable so someone else stood in for them and the result was really bad pictures with just stick people? It was hilarious. I always remember it as being from Absolutely - a Scottish comedy sketch show from 1989 but i can't find it on the internet or Youtube. Channel 4 on demand has Absolutely, i haven't watched it all but series one episode 3 with the clown in court is not the same thing!

Is it Absolutely? If not what was it?
