Been watching Cash Cab..New York..styley
it looks to be wildly successful there.The cabby/quizmaster is kinda zany
..think he is a "stand-up"comedian.Everyone seems to be thrilled to be
caught in the cab.

The poor "London cabby" who started it here,must be quite jealous,don"t
think many bothered to tune in to the UK version!

sample Q - The cabby asked ,what name was given to the period from when
Charles II returned to the throne,in the 17thC...after much deliberation
they stopped the taxi to ask a pedestrian - a "street shout-out" - and came
up with...er..Victorian ?...Americans...don"t ya love "em!! :-)

I've seen the US version a couple of times, it's on Quest. Think I prefer the UK version.
