I'm in the process of swapping my Virgin SD box to a HD box
I know these have a HDMI & ONE Scart output
what I want to do is connect the HDMI to the TV (no problem) and a scart to A DVD recorder and a a TV in another room I know I need to buy a video sender but how to connect the sender and the DVD recorder to the same scart has me baffled

Suggestions will be welcome

Also can anyone recommend a video sender please

thanks

Does the DVD recorder not have a HDMI out? Or at least a video/audio rca out or component set that can be connected to the third unit (or video sender).

My TV has a special video/audio out set that can be switched between in or out but it is a new model so may not be present on yours..
Just remembered, you can get scart adapters that have an in/out switch and have rca outlets. piggyback plugs would provided you with limitless connections.

Thanks for the answer the DVD recorder just has two scart sockets so I can't use any other connection - would a DVD splitter work?
