The day starts here, been looking at the weather forecast for the rest of the week, and it's all downhill from here, still when you see what is happening in Queensland i suppose we are quite lucky. And looking on the bright side Britain's winter officially ends tomorrow according to one of the daily rags. One more night shift for me after this one then Friday night at our local oak beamed pub sat by the open log fire supping real ale, that will be my highlight of the week what is yours?

Morning moony. We can't complain at all about the weather can we! How much more have they got to go through in Queensland? That is one biiiiig storm!
Highlight of the week, dunno, but something will occur that will be it!
Morning moony and wbm - bit of a late one this morning, someones cocked up the central heating settings for the office and I had to get them reset before everybody arrives. Perfect chance to exact revenge on the person(s) for not leaving me coffee the other morning !!!!!! Weather not too bad had a bit of rain (nothing unusual up her) but that seems to have stopped for the moment and temp is about 6 or 7C
Hello and good morning all. Have a super day everyone. x

Hello peeps.
Winter ends on the 20th of March. What a load of tosh - ends at the beginning of Feb? Ha - we have a lot more to come yet.

I am a little Ray of Sunshine huh? ;-)
Hi JJ & Sal - always knew winter ends 20th March - it's the day I was born (many moons ago)
Ooh, Welshy ...

"Beware the Ides of March" !!!!!!

Oh, no ... sorry ...

... that was a few days earlier.
Well, JJ, my name is a derivative of Julius!! (And no it's not bloody Julie!)
Okay ... not "Julie" then.

LOL
Morning!
Good morning Mr AB Editor. How can I creep and fawn before you today? ;-)
JJ, sorry had to dash off earlier - no it's Julian not Julie
Julian is rather posh, is it not.... especially for a Yorkshireman!
Well winter seems to be over here. My crocuses are in flower on the front lawn. The numbscull postman keeps trampling on them though. I`ll have to wait until my tulips come up then I can ask him to tiptoe through them.
Sal, I think my late mam had big ambitions for me - what a let down must have been to her. I did pass my 11 plus exam and go to Grammar School but only managed an O level in maths and a CSE in music. I tended to be more interested in sport , booze and females than Einstein's theory of relativity!
