Are you sure it wasn't a spoof ona TV sketch show. His only ad credit I can see is the Doorstep Challenge

I won. Shane Ritchie did not appear in the Mattress Man advert. Philip Seymour Hoffman starred as Dean Trumbell, the local furniture salesman. Thanks factor30 for your helpful answers yet again. I appreciate all the times you and other people have responded
