So many cock-ups regarding the law.

1st is when he switched on the tape to interview the women and didn't say time date etc, and when he went to get her a cup of tea he didn't say stop interview at time date etc.
He also was a a bit OTT with the acting etc.
Can you believe a detective getting away with his behavior?
