Hilarious filming/editiing on Masterchef!

Well,now I have seen it all,contestants whos hands change colour on TV.
In yesterdays Masterchef (when they had cut the contestants down to three),the camera was cutting from one to the other.
Suddenly we saw a pair of very dark(almost black) hands rolling something into a sausage shape in foil.
What was wrong with that?
Well, the remaining contestanst were white(not even tanned) and none of them was making anything in a foil sausage!
However,Pearl a previous contestant (one of 6) was black and was making something in a foil sausage.
I think the Masterchef editor needs to get their finger out and watch what they are doing.

Should I begin to doubt the truth of what I see on Masterchef now?
