What in your daily lives would you say gives you the feelgood feeling? mine is when my little grandson climbs on my knee and says " I love you Grandma" that to me is priceless.
When my daughter sends me a text out of the blue simply saying "love you muv".
Or my son comes round to the house, raids the fridge, complains about the strength of the cup of tea I make him, pings my bra strap or does a wedgie if my knickers show above my jeans. Then, on his way out the door, gives me a wink & a smile & tells me I'm "not a bad old bird".
Grandparents urghhhh!!
WH Smiths at airport...bl00dy great queue to pay. Infront of me grandparents and 2 grandaughters, eachach grandchild with their own little bags with zips.
Each kid picked some sweets, changed their minds and held up the queue, to change the sweets. Each kid took ages to unzip the bags to get their little purses out, watched by granparents with inanane grins on their faces.
"Tracey...are you sure you want those sweets?"
Tracey " nanna...could I have the blue packet?"
Just as my foot was about to explode up their backsides, they moved on much to the relief of the ever growing queue.
Feelgood factor=sitting at the beach bar on holiday sipping on an exotic cocktail as your waiting for a magnificent seafood platter taking in breathtaking views of blue skys, turqoise waters while everyone around you has a smile on their face and your thinking to yourself "IVE STILL GOT 2 WEEKS OF THIS! WHOOHOO!!!"
When I come home from work and the 1yr old piglet is ecstatic to see me (for all of 10 seconds then she clears off and resumes climbing all over her granny!!!!!)
