Ghost Town film

There's a beautiful piece of music playing in the background of the part of the film when Ricky helps the ghosts. They all glow in a bright light and them disappear.
Does anyone know what the music is called and where I can get it? Thank you

Just had a look now, and it's not there... sorry... thanks for helping though. The music that I need is on just just before Mason Jenning's "Which Way Your Heart Will Go" plays.
