Did anyone see Fat Nation on TV last night?? I know this is a long shot, but did anyone else recognise the fitness instructor Efua?? I think she may be the same Efua who released a single back in the 90's called "Somewhere". Does anyone else have any ideas??

i had never heard of her in the 90's but i watch fat nation and like her exercises - found this link and it seems it is the same person as their both called Efua Baker
