Whats the best way?
Stream via the net - but I don't want to forfeit quality or go for sky satellite (do you get BBC1/2/ITV1/CH4/CH5)?

Anyone else tried to get UKTV abroad?

I will be in Belgium so not that far away!

you will find it very hard to stream TV from the uk to Belgium as things like the bbc iplayer will only stream to a UK based IP address.

Your best bet would be freesat, for most parts of Belgium, a 60-70cm dish should pickup freesat without a problem.
Not very helpful post no29...

When I have travelled to Turkey or Egypt they do not seem to have much trouble showing football on BBC or ITV. Don't know what equipment they use though.
We live in France and have freesat. We get all the channels you mention above with a normal dish - no problem.
