I downloaded a copy of it from the internet to help you out.

It is Drayton Manor Park, about 10 or so miles north of Birmingham.

Brum "lives" in Bourton in the Water in the Cotswolds (the scenes in the garage at the start are filmed there).

Many of the episodes are shot in the centre of Birmingham. I recognize many of the buildings and squares and parks from Birmingham.
btw, this Brum episode was filmed in 2001 so some of the things in the park will have gone and new things added.

Not sure if there is something particular you were interested in (or was it just the park as a whole).

This year (2008) they have opened a new area called Thomas Land with rides based on the Thomas the Tank Engine characters.

I used to live in birmingham but admitadly it was years since I had visited Drayton, the park looks miles different (even then)
I did not reconise it at all.
I knew it had a train ride, but nothing else rung a bell, thanks anyway
I thing you are thinking of Brum and the Crazy Chair Chase. It was Drayton Manor and you can see certain giveaways. In one shot you can see the parks trade mark ride Shockride. The Buffalo Coaster is the ride that brum is chasing the chair on. You can also see Drayton Manors other famous ride 'Apocolypse' Apart from that there are no other give aways other than the fact that Ragdoll like using Drayton (Rosie and Jim go there once!!!)
