Name of TV industrial history programme

I wish to find out the tatle of a TV series that was on say late 70's to early 80's about industrial lanscape history in uk. The programme was presented by someone ( male approx 60ish) wearing a long white mac who would visit towns with industrial buldings, some falling down and get very emotional about the state of the buildings.

Just cannot rememnber name of programme or who presented it. I think that the name of the programme may have included the presenters name. Something like xxxxxx britain?

Where can i get a copy of the David Tennant dramas "Secret Smile" and "Recovery"?
