Am I the only one driven to change channels by the overlong advert breaks packed with programme trails repeated incessantly?

They're DEFINITELY puting more and more adverts on. I can remember not so long ago, an hour long programme would have a break every 20 minutes (ie the programme would have only 3 parts to it). Now the adverts are every 15 mins and there are 4 parts.

And if that's not enough they have Graham Norton (or some such) making programmes about the best 100 adverts (or similar).

Adverts ..... can't keep up with all the pots of tea I have to make.
